How to Earn More and Keep Your Customers Happy

We would all like to increase our earning power, wouldn't we? There are several ways to do this and all of them begin with keeping your customers happy and giving them what they want. What they look for is value for money, excellent products that match exactly to what the advertising specifies, accompanied by a guarantee for reassurance. If you deliver products like this your will gain their trust and repeat orders will follow along with recommendations.

Whatever your niche, once people are interested in a topic they often want to continue to learn more. For example if you are selling golfing products the chances are as your customers get involved in playing golf they will continue to want more information about improving their game and more golfing products. This gives you an excellent opportunity to increase your earnings. Begin your range with free or low- cost items, an access to a video course or eBooks to get people interested, then gradually increase your comprehensive range or higher value products and watch your profits grow.

Have a well written email sequence, with some great offers in it but don't attempt to make sales all the time offer free helpful information too. Use a good auto-responder to deliver your emails, both broadcast and sequence emails. Put yourself in your customers shoes, figure out what they want and give it to them, sales will be much easier then. Ask them, do a survey or questionnaire.

Affiliate marketing is a great way of fulfilling people's needs; once you have your own website you can source many suitable products and offer a funnel of products to your niche. The various suppliers will arrange the payments and delivery.

When you begin your affiliate marketing business you will find a simple solution is to have a great mentor, who has a great selection of quality products to offer your customers, maybe even free gifts. Your mentor will have a proven plan of action for making sales as quickly as possible with tools like an email sequence, training videos etc. These will help you reduce trial and error and costly mistakes. Although there may be a fee for joining or training costs, you are likely to be earning quicker with a mentors help than if you go it alone. There is also the comradeship from joining a group with the same aims, and tips available you might never learn otherwise. Working with a mentor you just direct customers to the products and get paid when they purchase making your initial entry into the online world as simple as possible.
